343 Entertainment is led by Michael Weinstein, a music industry professional with decades of experience.

It started with Michael’s idea to combine artist booking and talent buying into a seamless process. Acting as an agent and a buyer, 343 Entertainment has a unique perspective that sets us apart when it comes to best representing our clients.

After a successful 20 year career at American Artists Corporation, Michael got bit by the entrepreneurial bug and decided to start his own firm. With the full blessing of his former partner, Michael is joined at 343 by clients he’s been representing for years including Melvin Seals & JGB, Pink Talking Fish, Buckethead, Moonalice and others.

Michael is also known as a talent buyer and producer, who’s helped multiple events grow and thrive. Hired to help create Rock Legends Cruise in 2009 by The Native American Heritage Association charity, the cruise has built into the premier music event on the water. Artists that have performed include; Roger Daltrey, Sammy Hagar, ZZ Top, Deep Purple, The Doobie Brothers, Alice Cooper, Styx, Peter Frampton, Gregg Allman, Bad Company, Foreigner, Buddy Guy and over a hundred other rock legends.

343 Entertainment books the talent for the SKULL & ROSES festival and also oversees music strategy, talent acquisition and negotiations for The Experience Resorts, an international all-inclusive, theme-based adults-only resort company.
